摘要
中国加入 WTO已经成为一种不可逆转的历史潮流 ,它使中国步入了经济全球化和知识经济的新时代 ,对人才的素质提出了更高的标准。现代工程训练作为培养人才的过程中既重视理论、又注重创新能力培养的教学环节 ,要主动迎接时代的挑战 。
China's entry to WTO will become an irresistible trend in the world today, which helps China enter into a new era of the economic globalization and knowledge economy. So higher standards for the quality of talents have been set up and required Modern engineering training is an important process of cultivating personnel in colleges, which pays more attention to the ability of innovation and theory studies. In order to face the new challenges of the new ear, some strategies in this regard should be actively sought out.
