摘要
联合国作为目前世界上最大、最重要、容纳国家数量最多、活动涉及面最广的国际组织 ,在国际多边机制的构成和发展方面具有举足轻重的地位和作用。联合国的诞生标志着国际多边机制进入一个新的发展时期 ,50多年的历史证明联合国作为最有效的国际多边机制 ,在冷战结束后仍具有不可替代的作用。
As an international organization, the United Nations is the largest and the most important organization in the world now. It is also includes the most countries and actives most widly. It has the important status and function in the construction and development of international multilateral system. The formation of the United Nation marks the international multilateral system entering a new development period. The history of 50 years proves that the United Nations is the efficient international multilateral system,it has the unreplaced function after the cold war.
