摘要
党团关系所经历的初创时期的协调，发展过程的困难反复、以及现阶段的创新历程表明：“党建带团建”是新时期基层党组织的创造，是党团关系长期发展的历史结晶，更是党团组织自身发展的需要。坚持党、团建设配套联动，互相促进，共同发展，就能构筑新型的党团关系。
“ Promoting the League building by the Party building” is the creation of Party organizations at the grass－ roots level in the new period,is the historical fruit of the long－ term sound development of the Party－ League relation,and is also the necessity of Party and League organizations' self－ development.Facts have proved that during the new period we should persist in“ promoting the League building by the Party building” .Only by doing so,is it possible to help the Party and League building promote each other and achieve common development.And a nwe type of Party－ League relation will be established.
