摘要
邓小平虽然没有明确提出知识经济的概念，却大量论述了与知识经济相符的思想。“科学技术是第一生产力”是邓小平知识经济思想的理论核心，“中国必须在世界高科技领域占有一席之地”是邓小平知识经济思想的主攻方向，“尊重知识、尊重人才”是邓小平知识经济思想的政策导向，“进一步解决科技和经济结合的问题”是邓小平知识经济思想的体制保障。
In general,Deng Xiaoping's views on knowledge economy contain four aspects.First,the theoretical core is that science and technology are the first productive forces.Second,the main direction is that China must rank among the world's most advanced countries in high－ tech fields.Third,the policy orientation is to respect knowledge and intellectuals.Fourth,the system guarantee is to promote closer connection of science and technology with the economy.
