摘要
景宁县总人口 17 5万 ,全县可开发水电装机 5 3万kW ,其中可开发小水电装机 18万kW .目前全县已建、在建小水电装机17万kW ,人均水电装机 1 1kW ,通过对该县为开发小水电采取积极招商引资的优惠政策进行分类介绍 ,分析了该县招商引资办水电的发展过程。
Jinning county has a total population of 160 thousand,with exploitable installed capacity of 530MW,of which,small hydropower stations accounting for 180MW.There is available 170MW being exploited nowadays,and 1 1kW per capita.The great achievement in small hydropower construction owes to the preferential policy of introduction of foreign funds.This paper gives a classified description of the preferential policy,puts forward some analytical idea of developing small hydropower,some problems existing in the process of execution.
