摘要
编辑能不能成为学者 ?经过广泛深入的讨论 ,编辑同仁基本上达成了共识 :编辑应成为一名学者。但应成为一名什么样的学者 ,又众说纷纭。其中 ,有人认为 ,编辑只能成为编辑学的学者 ,或者只能成为编辑学之外的其它学科的学者 ,两者不能兼得。甚至仍有人认为 ,只有在总体上而不能在个人尤其是青年编辑中提学者化。这些都是一种误区。事实上 ,无论从理论上分析和实践中所证实的 ,编辑不仅能成为一名学者 ,而且必须成为一名通才型学者。
Could the editor become a scholar?After a widespread and profound discuss,editors consider on the whole that the editor should become a scholar.But what kind of scholar should the editor be? Opinions are various.Some people think that the editor should be a scholar of either the edit science or the other.Others consider that the editor becoming a scholar can only be mentioned as a whole and is not proper for individual,especially for young editor.All above mentioned are misunderstandings.In fact,the editor could be not only a scholar but also a versatile scholar whether in theory or in practice.
