摘要
文章在介绍数字图书馆的概念、特征以及在国内外的发展情况的同时 ,阐述了音乐院校建设数字图书馆的作用和意义。
s: It was introduced the conception of the digital library, its characters as well as its development in domestic and overseas. And meanwhile, it also set forth the function and signification of building up the digital library in the conservatories.
