摘要
本文介绍了一种基于 TMS32 0 C31和 AT89C5 2双微处理器芯片构成的柴油机综合智能诊断仪。该仪器通过测量柴油机缸盖、机身的振动信号和气缸压力 ,检测气阀磨损、缸套磨损 ,反推气缸压力等。文中细致地描述了诊断仪系统的一般硬件结构原理图 ,各部分的功能和作用 。
This paper introduces an intelligent diagnosis instrument of diesel based on dual MCU of TMS320C31 and AT89C52.The instrument detects valve and cylinder cover abrasion,the pressure of diesel cylinder according to build model by measuring the vibration signal of diesel cylinder header.This paper deals in detail with the general structure and function of every part of the diagnosis instrument as well as the structure and design of software for diagnosis.
