摘要
研究了残渣油组分及其热转化产物作为分散相的电流变液特性 ,发现未经热转化的残渣油组分具有负电流变效应 ,而经热转化达到一定深度的残渣油组分具有电流变效应 ,并存在一最佳的 C/ H原子比。考察了石油中间相沥青基电流变液的性能 ,结果表明 ,以残渣油为原料制备的碳素粒子电流变液是一种具有较高应力水平、良好抗剪切性能。
The properties of electrorheological fluids (ERF) with the particles from residue oil and its thermal conversion products were investigated. The ERF with the particles from residue oil components showed a negative ER effect and the ERF with the particles from the carbonaceous products of residue thermal conversion at a certain depth showed a strong ER effect. The ER behavior of above materials depends on the depth of thermal conversion. The suspensions of the particles with the optimum C/H atomic ratio(2 5~2 7) showed higher ER response and lower current density. The carbonaceous ERF based on mesophase pitch is a kind of high performance ERF with higher shear stress, better properties against shear rate and higher operative temperature.
