摘要
在实验室试验台上对在双通道旋流燃烧器出口加装不同形状的钝体进行了冷态试验研究 ,比较了不同钝体对旋流燃烧器出口空气动力场的影响 ,找到了合理的钝体形式。将其应用于山西霍州电厂 4 10t/h锅炉燃烧器 。
Cold-state experiment and study have been carried out on the test stand in laboratory with bluff-body of different shapes fixed at the outlet of dual-channel swirl pulverized coal burner, and the effects of said bluff-body on the aerodynamic flow field at the outlet of said burner have been compared. The reasonable shape of bluff-body has been found and applied to the burners of a 410t/h boiler in Huozhou Power Plant, Shanxi Province, and its good performance of stable combustion under low load has been confirmed.
