摘要
从德育与素质教育的关系，中外对高校德育的重视，德育是培养人才的关键和德育是增强民族凝聚力等方面，论述了德育在高校的重要性。
From the relationship between ideological education and quality education,the value of ideological education,and the key to the training of talents,this paper aims at the significance of ideological education in colleges and universities.
