摘要
本文从CdSxSe_(1-x)玻璃的三阶非线性特性出发,设计和制作了CdSXSe_(1-x)条波导双稳开关,并对测试结果作了理论和实验的分析比较,证明了CdSxSe_(1-x)玻璃在532nm波段制作双稳开关有很好的前景。
According to three—step nonlinear characteristic on CdSxSe_1 _xglass.channel Waveguide optical bistable switch based on CdSxSe_(1-x), glass has been designed and made in this paper. The test result has been analysed and compared between theory and experiment, and it has been proved that the bistable swithch based on CdSxSe_(1-x) glass in the wave band of 532nm has a bright prospect.
