摘要
个人防守意识自始自至终伴随着队员的防守行动 ,它的形式表现于队员在比赛中对时间和空间的判断 ,队员之间的默契配合 ,对规则的理解 ,以及运用时机的掌握和顽强的意志品质等方面。其培养与训练的方法则应包含在平时有形技术训练的整个过程中。
Individual defense awareness is always with the players' defending behavior, its manifestation lying in the players' judgment on time and space; the players' tacit cooperation; the players' understanding of rules as well as the grasp of chance and strong will et al. The way of education and training should be in the tangible technical training.
