摘要
金融改革是经济体制改革的重点 ,近几年来 ,金融体制改革取得很大进展。作为金融体制改革的核心———利率市场化改革滞后 ,已经成为我国金融体制改革和经济体制改革的瓶颈。
As a particular important part of economic system reform, financial system reform has gained great development in recent years. As the core of financial system reform, the reform of market interest rate stagnated ,has becomed the bottleneck of the reform of financial ststem and economic system. The key problem accelerating financial ststem reform is to reform the interest rate system at present and to realize market interest rate.
