摘要
２１世纪是知识经济时代，科技期刊要真正成为展示我国科技成果的“窗口”，就必须加强科技期刊建设，促进科技创新事业快速发展。
The 21st century is a knowledge economy and information era. It requires the sci-tech periodicals to be the 'window' for exhibiting the scientific and technical development and success. This era, consequently, expects and requires the development of sci-tech periodicals which in turn promotes the further development of science and technology.
