摘要
本文围绕着狭义的技术创新通过技术扩散促使产业结构的变化 ,最终实现宏观经济的增长这样一条技术创新推动经济增长的主线 ,依据系统工程的思想与方法构建了两个有机联系的系统图来综合反映技术创新在企业层面与社会层面的结构 .
In this paper,in terms of ideas and methods of system engineering,two kinds of interrelated technological innovation system are constructed with a view to reflecting comprehensively the technological innovation structure at both the enterprise′s level and the national level.These two systems are both constructed by centering on the diffusion of technological innovation,which,in the narrow sense,impels the changes of industrial structure and,thus ,promotes the growth of macro economy ultimately.
