摘要
本文简要叙述了北京市面临严重水资源短缺的状况,针对水资源危机,提出城市污水资源化及其开发和利用,是缓解北京市水资源短缺的有效途径。并对城市污水的开发利用和管理,政策法规,提出一些对策和措施。
s: This paper gives a brief description of the water shortage situation of Beijing,and puts forward that the recovery of urban sewage and its exploitation and application is an effective way to solve this problem,and countermeasures are also suggested for the management and policy making.
