摘要
裂纹及断斗问题一直制约着冲击式水轮机向高水头大容量发展,同时也是影响电站安全稳定运行的重要因素。在对云南以礼河电厂CJA475-170冲击式转轮裂纹及断斗原因进行分析时,总结出引起冲击式水轮机转轮裂纹的主要因素。为了减少裂纹的发生,最后提出了几项重要措施,以保证冲击式水轮机电站安全稳定运行。
The problem of crack and broken bucket restrict that Pe1ton turbine develop toward high head and large power all the way along. On the other hand, it is a important factor of effecting safety and stability of operation for power station.
