Venture invest is important to the development of small and perspective e nterprise ,it is also the basis of invest decision.This paper put em phasis on scale evaluation of ventur e invest and economical evaluation o f venture invest.so that the scientific conservation and sustainable utilization of important economical re sources in China can be accomplished.
