摘要
对452例食管癌切除术后并发心律失常的69例病人的发病原因及治疗进行了分析.在 69例病人中,窦性心动过速 32例,占 46.4％;房性早搏 9例,占 13.1％;房室交界性早搏4例,占5.8％;室上性心动过速11例,占15.9％;室性早搏8例,占11.6％;房颤4例,占5.8％;室性心动过速1例.
The causes of sixty nine complicating arrhythmia were analysed in 452 cases after resection of esophageal carcinoma. The result showed that there were 32 cases with sinus tachycardia, 9 cases with atrial extrasystole, 4 cases with atrioventricular junction extrasys-tole,11 cases with supraventricular tachycardia, 8 cases with ventricular extrasystole,4 cases with atrial vibration and 1 case with ventricular tachycardia in 69 complicating arrhythmia.
