摘要
就规范实验室设备采购管理 ,提高经费投资效益 ,提出把封闭式建设变为开放式建设、个人行为变为集体把关、暗箱操作变为公开竞购、自我监管变为集体监督等四项措施。
By discussing how to regulate the management of purchasing equipment and raise the investment results of the Funds, this article presented four measures, that is: to change seal construction into open construction, individual behavior into collective guard pass, obscure manipulation into open competing purchase and individual management into collective supervision.
