摘要
超声引导下坐骨神经阻滞目前越来越受到关注。阻滞的质量与患者的手术效果直接相关。许多研究认为超声引导下坐骨神经阻滞是一种简单、有效的手段,并且逐渐在临床上运用。它的主要优点是提供了一种无创而有效的方法在穿刺前观察目标区域的解剖结构,另一大优点是能实时的观察进针行径和掌握好给药过程,假如在这一过程中出现问题,能及时的加以调整。
