摘要
基于LabVIEW这一图形化编程语言在信号测量与处理方面的独特优势,通过变声程的方式,以蒙牛全脂鲜奶为检测对象,利用反射波相位谱方法获得某固定温度下超声波在牛奶中的相速度谱,为通过测量牛奶中的声速来测定牛奶相关指标提供依据。
Based on the unique advantage in signal measurement & processing of the graphic programming language,LabVIEW,the phase velocity spectra of ultrasonics in Mengniu milk at a certain temperature can be calculated by use of the phase spectra of pulses reflected from the plates located at different positions.The results can be used for determination of the relevant parameters of the milk.
