摘要
基于激光位移传感器测距原理,利用精密转台和轴向进给的步进伺服执行机构,带动转台上的被测件与激光位移传感器作相对运动的旋转,实现螺旋扫描运动。采用螺旋线投影法测量出被测物体的同轴度,实现了提高检测效率和在线自动化检测的要求。仿真验证了该测量方法的可行性。
