摘要
介绍了近几年倾销对我国化工产业造成的严重损害,举例说明只有利用反倾销为武器才能维护自己的合法权益。提出了在反倾销中我们应当重视的几个方面。
The severe damage in chemical industry of China caused by dumping from foreign country in latest years was showed.Some examples illustrated the only weapon to protect leagal rights and interests of enterprises is using anti-dumping methods. Some considerations on anti-dumping are also put forward.
