摘要
概述了近年来在二氧化碳重整甲烷制合成气催化剂研究中催化剂活性组分选择、载体效应、助剂的作用以及催化剂制备方法等方面的进展。介绍了贵金属催化剂与镍基催化剂在重整活性和抗积炭能力方面的差异。镍基催化剂载体以及催化剂制备方法对催化剂的活性、选择性、稳定性有很大影响。介绍了几种在研究中采用的新型载体如Ca0.8Sr0.3TiO3和超细颗粒等,并叙述了它们在提高催化剂活性、抗积炭能力方面的作用,同时重点概述了几种新型的制备方法如溶胶.凝胶法和超临界干燥技术。阐述了碱土金属和稀土金属助剂在提高催化剂的重整活性和抗积炭能力方面的作用。
CO2 reforming of CH4 to form synthesis gas is reviewed, and present situation in choice of catalysts, influence from support, effects from promoter and preparation methods are discussed. Differences in catalytic activity and ability to resist coking between noble metal based catalyst and Ni based catalyst are described.
