在一定的培养条件下 ,将无菌苗叶块接种在含有 0 .5mg/LNAA的MS基本培养基上 ,可诱导出愈伤组织 ;在 0 .0 5mg/LNAA + 1.5mg/L 6 BA的MS培养基上能分化出芽 ;在 0 .1mg/LIAA的MS培养基中能形成根 .作者在文中还讨论了烟草叶细胞脱分化和再分化与植物激素、蔗糖和培养材料的关系 .
The leaf pieces of aseptic shoots were inoculated on MS medium contained 0.5mg/L NAA in the conditions which temperature was 25℃, the intensity of illumination was 5000lx and 10h photoperiod, a lot of calli was induced from leaf pieces. Buds could appear on the faces of calli on MS medium contained 0.05mg/L NAA and 1.5mg/L 6-BA. Roots should form in MS medium contained 0.1mg/L IAA.
