摘要
文章论述了我国民办高等教育的发展走公有民办二级学院的模式,必须按新的运行机制才能生存与发展,要搞好内涵建设,同时应为民办教育的发展创造良好的外部环境。
This paper discusses the current development mode of China s non-government funded colleges(NGFC)and indicates that a new operation mechanism should be established and the in-ternal management should be strengthened if NGFC want to develop smoothly.The author also calls for a sound external environment for NGFC.
