摘要
乳腺增生病的发病与肝、肾、胃、冲任诸经有密切关系,情志失调,肝郁气滞,气滞则血瘀,痰凝,痰瘀互结,形成肿块,导致乳络不通,从而引起疼痛,是乳腺增生病的主要病机。肝郁是本病之“本”,故我们在临床上以疏肝理气为大法,拟定了“消核止痛饮”。
Invasion of cyclomastopathy nearly relates to liver,kidney,stomach,CHONG and REN meridians.The main pathogenesis of this disease is obstruction of breast collateral caused by phlegm accumulating with stagnant blood,resulting from emotional incoordination which leads to stagnation of QI due to depression of liver,then blood stasis and phlegm coagulation due to stagnation of QI appearance,That is,liver depression is the cause of this disease.We formulated a prescription″Xiaohezhitong Yin″(XHZHTY),based on the principle of dispers-ing stagnant liver-QI for regulating the circulation of QI,treating patients with cyclomastopa-thy.
