摘要
用HPLC法测定了感咳平胶囊中盐酸麻黄碱的含量,回收率较高,重现性良好,为测定生物碱方法进行了探索。
This paper discussed on content determination of ephedrine in the GanKePing Capsule by HPLC,the method have good repeatabiligy and high recovery,and discussed the method of determination of alkaloid.
