摘要
高校教研室是高校的基层教学组织和研究组织 ,教研室建设的好坏直接关系到高等学校的教学和科研水平 ,关系到教师的培养与提高 ,对于提高教学质量 ,搞好校风、教风和学风建设具有举足轻重的作用。因此做好高校教研室的建设工作 ,有着极其重要的意义。
Teaching and research sections of colleges and universities are the basic teaching organization and research organization. It affects the levels of teaching and research and teachers` quality as well. It plays an important role in heighting school spirits,teaching spirits and learning spirits.This paper discussed how to construct teaching and research section.
