地闪雷电电磁脉冲防护研究中的几个问题 被引量:1

摘要   发生在云地之间的地闪对地面物体和人类构成的威胁是不言而喻的,其回击过程对地面输送大量电荷,产生极强的电流,因而也伴随产生了极强的电磁辐射,这就是本文所要涉及的雷电电磁脉冲(LEMP).   ……
