摘要
光寻址电位传感器 (L APS)是一种基于电解质溶液—绝缘层—半导体 (EIS)结构的光、机、电一体化的传感器系统 ,主要用于进行生物化学多参数测量。主要简述了 L APS的基本原理 ,并且在此基础上设计和实现了整个 L APS控制和测试系统 ,包括流通系统、L ED光源阵列、单片机控制系统等部分 。
A light addressable potentiometer sensor (LAPS) is based on the electrolyte insulator semiconductor structure (EIS), which has the optical, mechanical and electronics parts merged into an organic whole. It is mainly used to do measurement of bio chemical multi parameter. The principle of LAPS is briefly described, and we have designed and realized a whole system for LAPS control and measure. The system is composed of circulating part, LED array, siglechip part, etc. It provides a measure platform for bio chemical muti parameter analysis.
