摘要
根据新疆水资源及其特点 ,并针对水资源开发利用存在的主要问题 ,提出新疆水资源配置应注重调整水资源区域布局 ,提高水利用效率 ,确保生态用水 ,调整用水结构 ,结合地域特点 ,选择最佳水资源配置方式等 ,并从宏观、中观。
In the disposition of water resources the great attention should be paid to the area disposition of water resources. According to water resources and its characteristics and main problems existing in development and use of water resources in Xinjiang, efficiency of water resources should be raised, ecological water should be ensured, the best way for disposition of water resources should be chosen. From macrocosm, midcosm and microcosm we should deeply examine the main ways and key measures of reasonable disposition of water resources.
