摘要
在知识经济时代 ,我国的收入分配仍然适用按劳分配与按要素分配相结合政策。为保证这一政策的贯彻实施 ,现阶段应采取以下措施 :一是发展教育事业 ,提高人的素质 ,提高收入水平 ;二是对科技工作者的个人收入实行税收扶持政策 ;三是加强对知识产权的管理和保护。
In knowledge-based economy, the distributive policies based on according to labour and distributive factors are still useful. In order to implement these policies, the following measures should be taken. The first is to develop education; The second is to work out some preferential tax policies for the scientists' incoming; The third is to strengthen the administration and protection of intellectual property rights.
