摘要
目的 观察早期短程使用大剂量生长激素 (GH)对短肠综合征 (SBS)鼠残存肠道增生反应的影响。方法 2 0只SD雄鼠 ,切除 85 %小肠 ,制成SBS模型 ,分为大剂量GH治疗组 (10只 )和对照组 (10只 )。GH治疗组术后 1~ 5d ,予GH 5 .70mg·kg-1·d-1分 2次皮下注射 ;对照组注射等量注射用水。结果 两组摄食量、体重减少差异无显著性 ,两组回肠黏膜厚度、绒毛高度、隐窝深度和升结肠黏膜厚度差异无显著性 (P >0 .0 5 )。结论 早期短程大剂量GH治疗SBS并不能促进残存肠道黏膜代偿性增生。
Objective To evaluate the effects of early, brief course of high-dose growth hormone on the residual intestinal tract of the rat with short bowel syndrome. Methods Twenty Sprague-Dawley (SD) male rats with more than 85% resection of small intestine were divided into two groups in random: GH group and control group. From the first to the fifth day after operation, GH was administered 2.85 mg/kg twice a day in GH group, the same volume of water was administered in the control group.Results No differences in villus height, crypt depth and mucosal thickness of ileum, as well as the mucosal thickness of ascending colon, were noted in the GH group and the control group (P>0.05). No statistical difference was also seen in food intake and weight loss of the two groups.Conclusion The present study suggests that treatment of short bowel syndrome with high dose of GH does not enhance mucosal hyperplasia after small bowel resection.
