摘要
砼构件的加固与改造是工程设计中时常遇见的问题，本文通过对构件加固后的受力分析，阐述了砼加固构件的受力机理和构造施工措施，对同类工程的设计及施工有一定的指导意义。
The reinforcing and transform of concrete elements are common problems in engineering design. Through analysing load of concrete elements, load mechanism as well as construction measures, it is of direction to some degree for similar engineering designs and constructions.
