摘要
面对新的挑战 ,高等法律职业教育应当坚持三个面向 ,肩负起两个使命 ,努力开辟出一条具有国际视野和中国特色的改革发展之路。形成目标明确、理念先进、制度完善、运行有序、效果明显的高等法律职业教育新格局。
Faced with the challenge,the High Vocational Education for Law should do three things to make it successful in the new century as following:First,it should adhere to the principle,which says:'Education should serve for the world,for the future and for the moderation.'Secondly,it must be strictly subject to our strategy,that is to strengthen our country with science and technology,and to administrate our country by laws and regulations.Finally we should form a new education system with clear purposes,and advanced concepts,which will be of both Chinese and worldwide characteristics.Such system must work orderly and bring with fruitful cersequences.
