摘要
随着计算机技术的发展 ,电子档案及其管理日益成为档案工作中亟待解决的问题。本文对电子档案形成的内因、外因和电子档案的管理现状。
With development of computer technology, electronic archives and its management becomes a problem demanding prompt solution. This paper delves further into the internal and external causes of formation of electronic archives and its management situation, trend as well as problems demanding solution.
