摘要
目的探讨不良孕产史与细胞遗传学的关系。方法对2873例有自然流产史、胚胎停止发育、生育畸形儿史等患者,通过外周血淋巴细胞培养、G显带,进行染色体核型分析。结果2873例患者中染色体异常124例,异常率为4.32%。结论染色体异常是导致不良孕产史的重要原因之一。
Objective:To investigate the relationship beetween badnees pregnancy and cytogenetics.Methods:Chromosomal karyotypes were analyzed in 2873 patients with spontaneous abortion or embryo growth ceasing or bearing malformation child history by using G-banding after periphery blood lymphocyte cultured.Results: There were 124 abnormal chromosomal karyotypes in 2873 patients.The rate of abnormal karyptypes was 4.32%.Conclusion: Chromosomal abnormalities is an important factor of bandness pregnancy.
