摘要
目的总结在腹腔镜引导下放置Tenckhoff卷曲腹膜透析管的经验。方法选择16例慢性肾衰患者,在腹腔镜引导下,将腹膜透析管放置腹腔膀胱(子宫)直肠窝,并经皮下隧道引出。结果16例患者腹膜透析管均放置成功。手术时间为30～45min,患者术后均成功进行腹膜透析,术后1周左右出院。结论腹腔镜引导下放置Tenckhoff卷曲腹膜透析管定位准确,无手术切口。和常规开腹技术相比,该方法有独到的优越性,值得推广应用。
Objective To summarize the experience in using laparoscopic placement of Tenckhoff Curl cath peritoneal dialysis catheters in patients with chronic renal failure.Methods Tenckhoff Curl cath peritoneal dialysis catheters were introduced into the abdomen under the guidance by laparoscopy in 16 patients with chronic renal failure,the derivation of catheter were through subcutaneous tunnel.Results All the catheters were successfully placed and the time of operation was about 30～45 minutes.
