摘要
根据ICF靶材料研究的需要,采用自悬浮定向流技术制备了Cu9Al4、CuAl2和Cu4Al等金属间化合物纳米微粒,通过TEM和XRD研究颗粒的形貌、粒度和相组成。结果表明,颗粒为球形结构,粒径尺寸在20~60 nm之间。颗粒主要为IMC-Al的双相复合结构,在一定的工艺条件下蒸发源金属与所制备IMC相的原子比例有对应关系,可根据需要通过调配蒸气中金属原子比例得到所期望的IMC相。
Intermetallic compound Cu9Al4、CuAl2 and Cu4Al nanoparticle were prepared by flow-levitation method.The morphologies,granularities and structures of particles were investigated by TEM,XRD techniques.The analysis indicated that the grain size of these nanopowder is about 20~60 nm,and it can be controlled availably by altering procedure parameters.The structure of powder is mainly double phase IMC-Al particulate composite.In addition,there are certain corresponding relation between the compositions of evaporat...
