摘要
合成了3种含有烷基醇酰胺基团的含氮硼酸酯,并利用红外光谱对其主要官能团进行了鉴定;考察了它们的水解稳定性能,利用四球试验机考察了它们在150SN基础油中的摩擦学性能,并采用扫描电子显微镜观察分析钢球磨斑表面形貌。结果表明:将烷基醇酰胺基团引入硼酸酯分子结构中能有效改善硼酸酯的水解稳定性能;含氮硼酸酯具有较好的极压抗磨性能,并具有较好的抗腐蚀性能。
