从电阻点焊(RSW)到摩擦点焊(FSW)——铝合金车身焊接装配新工艺 被引量:4

摘要 面对节能减排和环境保护要求,汽车工业大量采用新材料和新工艺。以铝合金车身替代传统钢结构车身是当前实现"减重节能"的有效技术途径。然而传统焊接工艺无法经济有效地实现铝合金薄板连接装配,以固相连接机理为特征的摩擦搅拌点焊(FSW)以其可靠性和环保性优势,成为工业化大生产环境下替代传统电阻点焊(RSW)的经济可行的绿色新工艺。本文介绍了摩擦搅拌焊的固相连接机理,阐述了两类摩擦点焊的工艺原理,并举例说明其在国外汽车工艺的发展应用状况。
