摘要
分析大学生创业素质培养的必要性、大学生创业素质的现状及成因,探讨从创新教育理念、培养学生的创新思维、深化教育改革、营造创业氛围、重塑高校人才培养模式等方面来实施创业教育,提高大学生的创业素质。
This article analyzes the necessity,the present situation and the reasons to cultivate the entrepreneurship quality of university students.Improving university student s business quality needs to implement the enterprise education by innovating education ideas,raisingstudent s innovative thoughts,the educational-reform,building deepening gentrepreneurial atmosphere, and remoulding patterns on university personnel trainings.
