摘要
目的:探讨冠心病患者发生心律失常及心肌缺血的时间分布规律。方法:采用美国MGY HLTER12.NET 3导联动态心电图分析系统,采用人机对话,专人测量分析心律失常及心肌缺血,冠心病患者216例进行24h心电监测,比较发生心律失常及心肌缺血的次数、时间分布规律。结果:6~12时段是心率最快峰值期,室性、室上性,房颤及间隙性束支阻滞发生频率最高时段,同时也是ST段压低最明显时段,0~6时段是心率最慢峰值期,也是窦房阻滞、窦性静止及房室传导阻滞发生高时段。结论:冠心病患者24 h的心律失常及ST段改变都具有明显的昼夜分布节律,而避免在晨间及上午进行较大强度的锻炼或活动,可减少冠心病患者心律失常的发生率。
