摘要
目前大多数肿瘤治疗失败的原因与肿瘤耐药性的产生相关。因此,克服肿瘤耐药从而提高药物疗效一直是肿瘤研究热点。经研究发现,在人类肿瘤组织中erbB受体家族及ErbB2/neu基因的过度表达,而在正常组织中低表达,ErbB2过度表达的肿瘤患者可能对烷化剂耐药。众多的发现提示,ErbB2的表达很可能与肿瘤的发生以及耐药性相关。
Most fail treatment towards tumor are due to tumor multi-drug resistance.Therefore,nowadays researchers are focus on how to prevent tumor cell from drug resistance so as to improve medicine effect.Several results indicated that overexpression of erbB receptor family and ErbB2/neu gene were exhibited in tumor tissue but not healthy tissue.To sum up,numerous discoveries suggest us that the expression of ErbB2 may be correlated with tumor genesis and multidrug resistance.
