摘要
本文引入平衡记分卡法(Balancedscoredcard),结合传统的项目评估原理,建立了一种更科学的项目后综合评估模型,该模型从四个角度既全面考核了项目结束后所带来的绩效,又评估了项目未来的发展潜力和竞争实力。
This paper introduces the BSC into the Post-Evaluation of Project, and sets up a compositive model for evaluating the target project on basis of the theory of post-evaluation of project. This model not only measures the project s performance but also estimates its developing and competitive potency.
