摘要
对实行项目管理的爆破工程中成本估算所存在的风险因素进行了分析,针对不同的因素提出了相应的改善措施。在实际爆破工程中的应用结果表明,爆破工程中成本估算的风险可以通过各种措施得到有效控制。
The risk factors of the cost estimation in the blasting engineering by project management are analyzed in this paper. On the basis of the analysis the corresponding improvement measures to different factors are put forward. The application results in the practical blasting projects indicate that the risk of the cost estimation can be controlled effectively.
