摘要
结合川西北甲醇厂扩能改造,阐述了如何通过加碳技术解决天然气蒸汽转化制甲醇装置的转化气中存在的氢多碳少的矛盾,分析了改造方案的特点,对改造前后的设计参数、消耗定额和能耗进行了对比。结果表明,采用加碳和PSA氢回收工艺,甲醇生产能力增加50%。
